    For Authors / Submit

    1. Article types

IKNC HIGH Journal welcomes original articles, review articles, research notes, and special issues contributed by adolescents in the fields of science, engineering, social science, and arts and humanities.
The original research provides a substantial amount of new information and includes an abstract, keywords, text, references, appendices, notes, as well as figures and tables. It should not exceed 5,000 words.
The review articles review books and other significant contributions to the field. The target word counts 3,000 words.

    2. Editorial policies

    2.1 Scholarly review policy
The journal operates an anonymous review process by professional researchers in each field. The full name of each author will be blinded in the manuscript. Reviewers and authors are withheld from each other. The scholarly review process typically takes from one to three months and the average turnaround time can be longer under special circumstances. Editorial decisions on articles include “accept after minor revisions, reconsider after major revisions, and reject.”
Accept after minor revisions: The manuscript is accepted after minor revisions based on the reviewers’ comments. Any revision in length by less than 10% should be a minor revision.
Reconsider after major revisions: The authors need to make substantial revisions by providing a point by point response to reviewers’ comments and resubmitting the updated paper within a suitable time frame.
Reject: The manuscript that has serious flaws and/or makes no original significant contribution is not suitable for publication. Rejected manuscripts may be reconsidered for reviewing process as new manuscripts after substantial revision.

    2.2 Authorship
Authors should be all parties who have made a substantive contribution to the article. Principal authorship, authorship order, and other publication credits should be based on the relative scientific or professional contributions of the individuals involved, regardless of their status.

    2.3 Acknowledgements
An acknowledgments section includes all contributions that do not meet the criteria for authorship. For instance, those who provided purely technical help or writing assistance from individuals or a communications company should be listed in an acknowledgments section.

    2.4. Declaration of conflict interests
The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) states in its Guidelines on Good Publication Practice (2003) that:
‘Conflicts of interest arise when authors, reviewers, or editors have interests that are not fully apparent and that may influence their judgments on what is published. They have been described as those which, when revealed later, would make a reasonable reader feel misled or deceived.’
If authors have any conflicting interests to declare, they are encouraged to include a declaration of conflicting interests. Authors are not required to submit the declaration if there are no potential conflicts of interest.

    3. Publishing policies

    3.1 Publication ethics
IKNC HIGH Journal follows the standard for Ethics and Publication Malpractice set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and treats any ethical misconduct seriously. For instance, plagiarism, falsification or fabrication of data, and misappropriation of the work are unacceptable practices. 3.1.1 Plagiarism

We seek to protect the rights of our authors and we always investigate claims of plagiarism or misuse of published articles. Equally, we seek to protect the reputation of the journal against malpractice. Submitted articles may be checked with duplication-checking software.
